Stallard x Krug Champagne

Summer feels like an extraordinarily long time ago, and so does my last blog post. I would like to make regular posting a resolution for 2022, but I’ve reserved that for the preservation of my liver.

Speaking of which, I had a chance to test such internal organs on the finest of alcohol when my good friend and legendary chef Simon Stallard invited me out to shoot his collab with Krug.

Set in palatial grounds in the furthest reaches of Cornwall, the house sat high above the Tamar. The sun blessed us, it was a tremendous evening.
