Stallard feasts at Hidden Hut Summer 2022
Covid took two summers of feasts, so it was exceptionally awesome to be back in 22. The grill had been moved to above the hut, so a new and exciting position to shoot from, sat on the hill gathering the last light of the eveing.
The most exciting feast of the summer is the long table set against the backdrop of Porthcurnick’s neap tide. Steaming shellfish served to a welcoming 100 strong crowd.
